Big brother to Mulga Bill’s, Stilts is yet another feather in the cap of the Tassis Group and the latest must-visit destination, combining fine dining with a panoramic view.
Set against the backdrop of iconic Brisbane landmarks such as the Story Bridge, Kangaroo Point Cliffs, and City Botanic Gardens, Stilts brings world-class dining right to our own backyard, celebrating local culture and produce.
With a menu focused on fresh seafood, quality meats, and modern takes on classic Aussie dishes like surf and turf, this coveted restaurant will also feature Brisbane’s first live Moreton Bay Bug tank, along with the Tassis Group’s signature live lobster and oyster tanks.
Elevated in more ways than one, Stilts showcases architecture inspired by the iconic Queenslander homes we all know and love, designed in collaboration with Allo Creative and Clui Design.
This team has created a moody, understated space with an alfresco balcony, an illuminated indoor dining room, and a casual bar – perfect for soaking in the view over a breezy lunch or an intimate dinner.
