Rug up, snow bunnies!

Raise your glass snow bunnies, and clink to the return of our fave Brissy winter event, Veuve Clicquot In The Snow, snowballing back to Customs House this month.

Hit the slopes Brissy-style with the help of this iconic French Champagne house that’s turning this riverside city landmark into a winter wonderland, complete with igloos, heart-warming nibbles, and signature winter styling.

From Friday May 13, Veuve Clicquot will be pouring bubbles every Thursday and Friday from 4pm, and Saturday and Sunday 1pm throughout winter, so there’s plenty of time to break out the knitwear and enjoy some après ski in style.

In addition to Veuve, you can warm your insides with a selection of Australian, New Zealand, and French wines, and belly warming cocktails like Berries and Bubbles with fresh raspberry, lemon juice, Belvedere Pure and Veuve Clicquot Brut, or the Hennessy Old Fashioned with Angostura Bitters, sugar, and orange twist. The exclusive snacks and nibbles menu will include Customs House’s iconic pop-up classic, the Moreton Bay bug croissant, as well as rabbit rillettes, baked whole brie and mac and cheese croquettes, and a variety of English, Italian and Aussie cheeses.

For a true VIP French Alps experience, book an igloo chalet and get cosy under a faux-fur blanket while watching the sunset with up to ten of your entourage.
