Catalina Rooftop is 1,500sqm of luxe elevated landscape, boasting an open-air terrace, prestige restaurant, and Australia’s first non-residential tower infinity pool. Surrounded by Mediterranean cabanas and a poolside bar pouring out all your fave refreshments, it’s set to be a much-needed escape with no passport needed.

The city paradise comes from verified legends – Icatha Hospitality’s Ross Ledingham and Salt Meat Cheese Group’s Stefano De Blasi – who have teamed up to deliver an unrivalled experience where you can lounge all day and party all night.
