Great news any way you slice it!
Since its first store opening in the Brisbane suburb of Kenmore in 1996, Pizza Capers has been leading the way in gourmet pizza making. Now the new Pizza Capers vegan menu has been unveiled.
According to the Pizza Capers General Manager Sunny Olak, the brand has seen an increased customer interest in vegan-friendly products. They wanted to cater to the vegan community without compromising on flavour or the generous toppings Pizza Capers is known for.
Containing no meat, no animal products, no dairy and no eggs, the new range dishes up a tantalising sweet potato vegan lovers pizza that features button mushrooms, crushed garlic, pizza sauce and vegan-friendly cheese garnished with rosemary, salt flakes and sweet chilli sauce.
If that doesn’t make your mouth water, then try one of the vegan-friendly calzones, which include fresh rosemary, classic garlic and sweet chilli.
Not just ticking the boxes for vegans, the new vegan-friendly cheese is available as a customisable topping on other Pizza Capers vegan menu pizzas, and is perfect for those with lactose sensitivities.
