With the Commonwealth Games just around the corner, we’re itching to make our way down the coast for some sunshine. With the weekend on our mind, we decided it was prime time to take a look at the Gold Coast bars worth the road trip.

If you like to sip your cocktails out of carved-out fruit then this is the place for you. Aloha Bar is well and truly hidden away in a mysterious Broadbeach laneway, but if you keep your eyes peeled you should have no problem finding this tiki-themed watering hole.
