The pop-up bar gives you the full luxury experience through partnering with everyone’s fave Polish vodka, Belvedere and they have a Polish-inspired menu to match along with luxury faux fur interiors and winter-themed cocktails to get you in the chilly spirit. Our personal favourite picks for cocktails to try are the Popcorn martini, which boasts popcorn caramel syrup, belvedere pure, chilled espresso and salt. Now for the sweet tooths out there the Belvedere Apple Strudel is the drink for you, which is a delicious mix of vodka, spiced rum and juniper berries. It is basically the liquid version of apple pie, which while we are on the subject of pastries you get a small pastry balanced on top of your drink.
