Broadbeach’s Pratten Park is transforming into a spring afternoon in France thanks to the Chandon S Chic Easy pop-up experience.

This modern take on the traditional speakeasy (see what they did there) will come to life as a pop-up bar set inside a beautifully restored tram, styled for the ultimate aperitif experience.

Over the course of an hour and a half session you will be transported through a journey of French heritage all while taking a sip from the Chandon winery’s latest wine, Chandon S.

Paying homage to the Chandon’s French heritage, the afternoon will take a hands on yet laid back approach starting with a boulangerie workshop where you’ll learn artisanal French-style bread making techniques, as well as sample it, of course. After this will come Chandon’s legendary mixologists who will showcase how to perfect the Chandon S over ice and a new mix of sparkling wine and orange bitters aptly named the Chic Serve. Once you’ve become a master of Chandon, you can chill out on the lawn or enjoy a game of pétanque with your pals.

Of course, you will enjoy these activities under the sun all while sipping on Chandon S in its raw and cocktail forms – think a mix prepared ‘methode traditionelle’ with a unique twist of Australian hand crafted orange bitters.

So for a lazy, yet somehow productive, afternoon of sunshine Chandon and exceptional craft, the Chic Easy pop-up is the perfect excuse to pull the gang together and experience classic French hospitality.

Luckily for you, the beautiful champagne connoisseurs at Chandon are giving Style readers a $15 discount if they purchase their tickets and use the code: HANDCRAFTEDBITTERS.

Be sure to be quick as this exclusive event has limited spots in each session and some are already filled!
