Strap on your sneakers and hustle down to South Bank Parklands from 7am on Saturday, March 11 for a free fitness class led by Medibank ambassador Michelle Bridges.
A whopping 68 per cent of Queenslanders regularly engage in sports and leisure activities, according to new data from the Medibank Better Health Index. So to celebrate this love for busting a move, and as part of the Medibank Feel Good program, a special event will be held on South Bank’s Little Stanley Street Lawn.
On the initiative, Medibank ambassador Michelle Bridges says, “It’s clear that Queenslanders love keeping fit – and what better way to do this than as a community, in stunning South Bank as part of the Medibank Feel Good Program? I’m encouraging all Brisbane locals to come on down on March 11 and get moving with me!”
